How do I take a scan?
Tap the scan button on your dashboard. The app will guide you through 5 angles (center, chin up, chin down, left, right) with a 3-second countdown for each. Good natural lighting works best.
What does Skinlytics Pro include?
Pro unlocks the AI Coach, advanced insight tiers (Forecast, Deep Insights, Compound Triggers), streak freeze days, weekly insight emails, and AI-powered product recommendations.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device, find Skinlytics, and tap Cancel. You will retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Go to Account > Privacy in the app and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data including scans, onboarding answers, and photos. You can also export your data before deleting.
Is my photo data shared?
No. Your photos are used solely for AI skin analysis and are never sold or shared with third parties. They are processed by our AI service and the analysis results are stored with your account.
What if I forget my password?
Tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen, enter your email, and we will send a 6-digit reset code. Use that code to set a new password.
