1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Skinlytics ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Subscriptions
Skinlytics offers auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features. Subscription options include:
- Weekly: $4.99/week
- Monthly: $11.99/month
- Yearly: $59.99/year
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
3. AI-Generated Content
Skinlytics uses artificial intelligence to analyze skin scan data and generate insights. AI-generated content is observational in nature and is labeled as such within the App. AI insights are not medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and using the App. You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or interfering with the App's operation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are the exclusive property of Skinlytics and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Skinlytics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Skinlytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and through in-app notifications where appropriate. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
